Hi, I’m Adam,
Our family’s path to serving incredible diner food comes from a long lineage of restaurant and foodservice professionals. My mother grew up in her family’s catering halls. There she learned the art of cooking a variety of incredible dishes for large parties. My father was the 5th generation to grow up working in the family’s produce markets. Later, my brothers and I went to work in our family’s stores, which focused on fresh food from local sources.
Our family eventually expanded the business to include edible gifts and ready-to-eat foods. Throughout the years, our passion for food and service has led us to create meals that keep customers returning for seconds and thirds. When we decided to open Bacon Street Diner in Clearwater, we wanted to highlight the city’s diversity. Looking to bring our community together, we created a menu that featured breakfast all day along with other tasty treats that incorporated our customers’ diversity.
Our mission is simple. We strive to give each customer high-quality service with large portions of fresh homemade food in a friendly atmosphere, at an affordable price.
We Bring Home the Bacon
At Bacon Street Diner, we understand America’s love for traditional diner food. We also understand that Americans love bacon. It is from our love for “meat candy” (crispy or bendy) that our business was born. In offering breakfast all the time, we decided to listen to the people and feature bacon both in the name and throughout our menu.
